Subsequent Increment This refers to the subsequent call duration increments beyond the initial duration. For example, a 100-second call with a initial increment and subsequent increment of 6 seconds is billed for 1 initial increment and 16 subsequent increments. A 10 minute and 22-second call with an initial increment and subsequent increment of 60 seconds is billed for 1 initial increment and 10 subsequent increments.
All codes in the US & Canada Rate Decks must be 7 digits in length i.e. 1NPANXX.
There is one exception: the default rate i.e. code with value 1 can be added to the Rate Deck.
