Invoices now also support the CAD Currency:
Before creating a invoice that uses the Canadian (CAD) Currency, you must add the currency exchange rate in the Relationship → Invoicing → Settings (gear icon).
The exchange rate should be relative to 1 US Dollar.
Composite search and bulk download of invoices from the Overview page:
A new Filter option on the Invoices Overview page allows for searching invoices from a specific relationship as well as a date range.
There is also a new option to download all invoices (PDFs) from the filtered set of invoices.
Paypal Express:
A new configuration option is available on the Other page under Settings to configure Paypal Express.
This new option can be used to add multiple PayPal accounts by providing the:
Account Name
Account Email
Paypal Client ID information.
Users can now select different PayPal accounts for each Relationship:
PayPal accounts configured via the new Paypal Express option can be selected via the Relationship -> Portal -> Settings -> Paypal Express Checkout drop-down.
PayPal Standard is the default selection, which will use the account configured via the original PayPal Standard tab on the Other Page under Settings.
When using PayPal Express, PayPal fees will be deducted on the fly from the total amount based on the account location and will be reflected in the balance as a single transaction i.e. (Total Amount - Paypal fees ) as Payment/Credit.
Account Level Performance Report:
An account (Relationship) level Performance Report has been added that allows users to view recent performance statistics for the given Relationship and its Trunk Groups.
The are a few date/time range presets that include:
Hourly
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
An export option was included as well.
Invoicing Enhancements/Adjustments:
Tax Type Names can now be configured in the Taxation section of the Invoicing Settings of a Relationship, which will be shown on invoices.
Invoice Cycles can now be added at will. The new Add More option is found just above drop down selection for Invoice Cyle in the Invoicing Settings of Relationship.
Added HST, which is configured via Template Info page of a Template, to invoices below the address fields.
Copy Notifications Email Contact:
A new feature that instructs the system to copy all notification emails has been added under the Default Email Address in the Other tab in the Settings page. This Copy Notification Emails entry address will receive a copy of all outgoing emails from the platform including invoices, balance, and rates.
General Improvements and Bug Fixes for October 2023:
An issue where effective dates were not sorted by date in the Modify Rates page drop down for effective dates has been corrected.
An issue where Rates would not show in the Relationship Portal when a Global Ratedeck was in use has been corrected.
Resolved an issue where CDRs would not show in the Relationship Portal CDR Diagnostic page.
Added missing Country on invoices under the address fields.
