Call Extension - The Call Extension feature is intended to avoid short duration calls and it usually used in conjunction with smart outbound dialers. When an oubound dialer detects a call is answered by a voicemail server or answering machine it will typically send a SIP Bye message to end the call. When Call Extension is enabled the Orchestrator will delay the sending of the SIP Bye message. This feature only applies to Termination Vendor Trunk Groups.

Off - The Call Extension feature is not enabled.

Always On - If a SIP Bye message is on received the Termination Customer Trunk Group before the Minimum Duration, then the SIP Bye will not be sent out the Termination Vendor Trunk Group until the Minimum Duration has expired. If a SIP Bye message is received from the Termination Vendor Trunk Group the call is immediately disconnected.
