Given the that Phone Proxy Mode connections Proxies are analogous to Termination Customer Trunk GroupsTrunks, Termination Vendor Trunk Groups are used to forward the SIP Registrations to the customer’s PBX. These Trunk Groups should be created in the customer’s Relationship.
The Termination Vendor Trunk Groups are associated with the Phone Proxy Mode connection Transport Proxy by selecting the Trunk Group in the Main Registrar down-down list in the Phone Proxy Mode connection.
Create a Trunk Group for each protocol that the SIP Phones are configured to use.
To create a Termination Vendor Trunk Group UDP Phone Proxy registrations, go to the customer’s Relationship can click the Add Trunk Group button.

On the Trunk Group Info page, 46 Labs recommends the following settings:
Name - Enter a meaningful name for the Trunk Group, for example Phone Poxy UDP
Enable NAT - check the Enable NAT option
Call Extension: should be Off
Send E.164 - should be enabled
Send PAI - should be enabled
Trunk Monitoring - should be enabled
Preserve Caller ID - should be enabled
Early Media - should be enabled
Click the Create button to create the Trunk Group

Trunk Type - Select IP/FQDN
IP Address/FQDN - Enter the IP address of the customer PBX where SIP Phone registration messages should be sent to.
Port - Typically this is set to 5060 for UDP
Protocol - Select UDP
Orchestrator Location - Select the appropriate Orchestrator
Zones - Select the appropriate zone
Orchestrator IP - Select the appropriate Orchestrator IP
Click the Add Trunk button.
Repeat these steps for each Orchestrator Location
Repeat these steps for each Customer PBX where SIP Phone registration messages should be sent to.
Once all the Trunks have been added, select the appropriate Hunting method. In this example Failover is selected as the Hunting method.
