TEMPLATE NAME - The name of the template.

COMPANY NAME - The name of the company that is template is for.

RELATIONSHIPS ASSIGNED - The number of Relationships this template is assigned to.

LAST MODIFIER - The user name of the person who added or last modified the template and the date of the last change.

Add Template - Use the Add Template button to create a new Template.

Settings - Click the Gear Icon to change the settings that apply to all Invoicing Templates.

Invoice Cycle - Select the appropriate Billing Cycle from the drop-down list. The format for Billing Cycles is XXNYY where XX is the number of days between invoices, N is “Net Due In”, and YY is the number of days after the invoice date when payment is due.

Rounding Method - Select either Round Up or Round Down.

Taxation - Select the appropriate taxation method to apply taxes to invoiced items. This can either be a Fixed Fee on each or Percentage of each item.

Rounding Digits - Select the amount of digit places to round to.

Currency - Currently US Dollars is the only supported currency.

Automated Invoicing - When checked, automated invoicing based on the Billing Cycle will be performed.

Display Balance On Invoice - When checked, the customer’s balance will be displayed on the invoice.

Show Account Number - When checked, the customer’s account number (from Relationship Info) will appear on the invoice.
