Order New US (50 States) Direct Inward Dial (DID) numbers from Inteliquent (Sinch)
The orchestrator includes a real-time API integration with Inteliquent which allows you to order new US DIDs and assign them to an Origination Route Plan.
Before you can order new DIDs you must first add your Inteliquent Client API Key and Client API Secret to the Inteliquent Integration section on the Settings → Other page.
A “Please add Inteliquent client key and client secret under settings” error message will be displayed when attempting to search for new DIDs if client key and client secret are not configured or are invalid.
To order new DIDs select Number Ordering from the Tools menu and then click + Add Order Number.
Enter any filter criteria and then click on the Search Number button. In the example below 3 DIDs from the NPANXX 281698 was used as filter criteria.
Select the new DIDs to order from the Searched Results section and then click on Add Order Number.
The new DIDs will be available for use within 60 seconds.
After the DIDs are ordered the user placing the order will receive a confirmation email.
The new DIDs will be added to Origination Route Plan selected when the order was placed. The digit 1 will be prepended to the number that is added to the Origination Route Plan.
The new DID order will be visible on the Order Number page.
The Order Number History page provides a history of all number orders. Typically the Number Status will be either In Service or Disconnected. A Pending Disconnect status will be displayed once a delete number request is submitted until Inteliquent confirms (via the API integration) that the number has been removed from your inventory.
New DIDs cannot be deleted (removed from inventory) for at least 30 days after the number was ordered.
There are two methods remove a DID that was ordered from Inteliquent
Remove the number from the Tools → Number Ordering → Order Number page
Select the Delete option after clicking on the three vertical ellipsis in the far right column of the number you want to remove. This method will remove the number from the Order number page and release the number back to Inteliquent. The number will not removed from the origination route plan.

Select the Delete option after clicking on the three vertical ellipsis to the far right column of the number you want to remove. This method will also remove the number from the Order number page and release the number back to Inteliquent.

The export feature of rate deck generator was moved to a background process so it will not “freeze” the User Interface when a large rate deck is downloaded.
Two new fields Allowed User Agent and Allowed Domains were added to the Add SBC Mode and the Update SBC Mode dialog boxes.
Allowed User Agent - This is a security measure which will do a simple pattern match comparison of the value in this field with the value of the SIP User Agent header in the registration message. Up to five comma separated values can be placed in this field. If none of the comma separated entries match the contents of the User Agent, the registration message will be ignored.
Allowed Domain - This is a security measure which will compare the value in this field to the domain portion of the request URI of the registration message. If the values do not match the registration message will be ignored.
SBC Mode is a feature that allows SIP based IP phones and softphones on an Public or external network to register to or through the Orchestrator to a PBX on an internal network. Currently only the NEC 3C PBX is certified to SBC Mode.
A Replace & Insert option was added to the upload file functionality for MCLs. This option will replace existing destination codes against the country destinations provided in the uploaded file. January 2023
Added the ability view the content of emails generated by the Orchestrator:
Currently the Email History page displays the From email address, To email address, subject, date sent and delivery status of all emails generated by the Orchestrator. An envelope icon was added to the Action column for all emails. When the envelope icon is selected a pop-up window with the contents of the email will be displayed. If there are any associated attachments, they will be listed in the Email content Details window. When the attachment is selected (an invoice in the example below), it’s contents will be displayed in a new browser window.
For security reasons the contents of the Welcome to Agent, Relationship, or Subscriber Portal emails will not be displayed.
Added the ability to add a range of IP addresses to an IP List:
Previously, all IP addresses had to be added to an IP List one at a time. Now a range of IP addresses can be added to an IP List by separating the first number and last number in the 4th Octet of the IPv4 address range with the dash character (no spaces between the numbers and the dash character). The last number must be larger than the first number and should not be greater than 255. In the example below 13 individual IP addresses in the range 10.22.34.100 through 10.22.34.112 were added to the IP List when the Create button was selected. If an IP address is already in the IP List then the Effective date will be updated for that specific IP address. This change also applies to the API.

Fixed an issue where a LERG query filtered by specific NPANXXs failed to return the LATA/OCN when the LATA/OCN is only associated to NPANNXYs and not NPANXXs.
Fixed an issue where duplicate stripe payments where processed if Stripe sent multiple confirmations for the same payment transaction.
Fixed an effective date format issue in the List Uploader.
Fixed an issue where some non-templated email notifications would be sent from the support@46lab.com email address instead of the email address defined in Settings → General Settings → Default Email Address.
