How To Prevent Spam Email Issues

The Peeredge Platform allows customers to define their own email addresses when sending emails for Invoices, Balance & Payments, Rating, Relationship Portal notifications and the Default Email address (found in the General Settings). The Peeredge Platform uses mailgun to deliver these email addresses. If a recipients email server requires verification of the email sender, then SPF and DKIM TXT records may need to be added to your DNS servers.
