Create Phone Proxy TCP TV TG

To create a Termination Vendor Trunk Group for TCP Phone Proxy registrations, go to the customer’s Relationship can click the Add Trunk Group button.

Open

On the Trunk Group Info page

Name - Enter a meaningful name for the Trunk Group, for example Phone Proxy TCP

Direction - Select Termination

Relationship - Select Vendor

Copy Of Existing - Select Phone Proxy UDP

Click the Create button to create the Phone Proxy TCP Trunk Group

Click Save

Open

Select the Trunks tab

To change the Trunks from UDP to TCP, click on the vertical ellipse to the right of the Trunk and select Edit

Change the Protocol to TCP and click the Update Trunk button

Repeat this step for each Trunk
