This option only change the local password associated to your 46 Labs Customer Portal (Atlassian) account. It does not change a Google, Microsoft, Apple, or Slack password.

Follow these steps to change your local password associated to your 46 Labs Customer Portal (Atlassian) account.

  1. Login to the 46 Labs Customer Support Portal at portal.46labs.com

2. Once Logged in left click your Avatar or Initials in the top right corner and select Profile

3. Left Click the Manage your account button to open the Atlassian Account page in a new browser tab.

4. Left Click the Security Menu option.

5. Enter your old password in the Current password and New password in the New password file and click Save changes. You can close this browser tab.

6. Click the 46 Labs logo in the Top center of the window to return to the Customer Portal main menu.

7. You will receive an email from Atlassian informing you that your password has changed.
