A Relationship Contact is defined with a specific Relationship. A Relationship Contact is defined by a Contact Type, a Contact Name, a unique Email Address, a Contact IM Address (currently not used), and a Primary Phone Number.

Relationship Contacts do not have permissions to log into the Orchestrator’s Management Portal.

The same Contact Information (i.e. same Contact Name, Email Address, etc.) can be defined in more than one Relationship and the same Contact Information can be used for a Subscriber Contact.

A Subscriber Contact is defined at the Platform Level. A Subscriber Contact is defined by a Contact Type, a User Name, a Contact Name, a unique Contact Email Address, a Contact IM Address (currently not used), and a Primary Phone Number.
