To add a group, click the + Add Capacity Group button from either the Relationships → All → Trunk Groups page or the Relationships → Groups → Capacity Groups page.

Relationship - Select the capacity group relationship. This only applies when adding a capacity group from the Relationships → Groups → Capacity Group page.
Capacity Group Name - The name of the group.
External Name -
Description - A description of the capacity group.
Bursting Threshold -
Bursting Port Limit -
Port Limit - The maximum number of ports that can be used by all members of the capacity group.
CPS Limit - The maximum number of calls per second that can be used by all members of the capacity group.
Add Capacity Group - Click the button to add the capacity group to the relationship. If any required fields are empty, this button places a red border around the required fields and displays the word Required beneath the field.
