Prefix Lists - A Prefix List can be used in the “If call come from” or the “and is sent to” Rule Condition. A Prefix is an number pattern that can represent an NPA, an NPANXX, a county code, or any pattern to include a DID. The Prefix List contains 1 or more Prefix entries with an associated Effective Date and an optional Expires Date. If the Effective Date for a specific Prefix is a future date then the Prefix is not “active” in the list. A future date in the Expires field shows when the Prefix will be removed from the List.

IP Lists - An IP List can be used in the “with customer media IP” Rule Condition. The IP List contains 1 or more IP version 4 addresses with an associated Effective Date and an optional Expires Date. If the Effective Date for a specific IP address is a future date then the IP address is not “active” in the list.
