The ANI Predicted Routing Value shows the performance of a specific ANI during the day. The ANI PRV is shown in the ANI Performance Report. The higher the ANI PRV the better the performance. The ANI PRV Intelligent Filter can be enabled on Termination Routeplans to block calls below user define defined minimum performance value.
