A packet capture (PCAP) provides information about a call so the user can troubleshoot any issues. We provide a PCAP for every call that traverses the switchPeeredge SBC.
We suggest using Wireshark, which is a free open-source packet analyzer. However, you are free to use any program you prefer that can read PCAP files.
