Packet Capture (PCAP)

A packet capture (PCAP) provides information about a call so the user can troubleshoot issues. We provide a PCAP for every call that traverses the Peeredge SBC. 

We suggest using Wireshark, a free open-source packet analyzer. However, you are free to use any program that can read PCAP files.
