A Call Detail Record is produced by Orchestrator that documents the details of a telephone call.

The CDR Diagnostic Report provided the ability to retrieve, view and export Call Detail Records. For more information on this Reporting tool, click here and navigate to the CDR Diagnostic Report section.

File format

The default file is comma-separated with a header row. Fields have maximum lengths based on data type as described in the Format column of the table below. New fields are always added to the END of the CDR.
