Invoice Cycle Select the appropriate Billing Cycle from the drop-down list. The format for Billing Cycles is XXNYY where XX is the number of days between invoices, N is “Net Due In”, and YY is the number of days after the invoice date when payment is due.

Rounding Method Select either Round Up or Round Down.

Taxation Select the appropriate taxation method to apply taxes to invoiced items. This can either be a Fixed Fee on each or Percentage of each item.

Rounding Digits Select the amount of digit places to round to.

Currency Select the currency to be displayed on the invoice. GBP and EURO allow for an exchange rate to be configured, which the platform will calculate the entered rate against USD values that would normally display by default.

Display Balance On Invoice When checked, the customer’s balance will be displayed on the invoice.

Show Account Number When checked, the customer’s account number (from Relationship Info) will appear on the invoice.

Automated Invoicing When checked, automated invoicing based on the Billing Cycle will be performed.

Invoice Frequency Set the automated invoice frequency in days, semi-monthly or monthly.

Invoice Date The date that invoicing is to begin.

Include NRC Instructs the platform to include NRCs assigned to the Relationship.

Include MRC Instructs the platform to include MRCs assigned to the Relationship.
