The dashboard allows you to quickly acquire a large swath of current and past information about your instance of the PeerEdge Enterprise Platform from a single web page via statistical graphs and totals.


Inbound/Outbound Voice Graph

The Inbound Voice pane describes the termination traffic (aka inbound traffic, traffic that terminates) to the PeerEdge Enterprise Platform. With the ability to define a time period for each pane and view as a graph, you will also find a lot more information here such as:

  • Calls: the call count.

  • Minutes: the sum of all minutes.

  • Spend: the value of the calls.

 

The Outbound Voice pane describes the origination traffic (aka outbound traffic, traffic that originates) from the PeerEdge Enterprise Platform. With the ability to define a time period for each pane and view as a graph, you will also find a lot more information here such as:

  • Calls: the call count.

  • Minutes: the sum of all minutes.

  • Spend: the value of the calls.


SIP Reason Graph

The SIP Reason pane describes the release code and it cause for calls that pass through the PeerEdge Enterprise Platform. With the ability to define a time period for Inbound or Outbound traffic and view as a graph, you will also find a lot more information here such as:

  • Total Calls: the total call count for the defined time period .

  • Inbound/Outbound tabs: allow you to switch between inbound or outbound traffic.

    • The drop down titled “All day”, found when you are viewing the time period “Today” allows users to view smaller time periods such as 2, 4, 6 and 12 hours.

  • Pie Graph: this describes the percentage of each realease code/cause of the calls within the defined time period.
