Pausing and Resuming email notifications
Any time new comments are added to a ticket or there is a change of status in the ticket the ticket owner (Reporter) and any Request Participants will receive a new email message.
To pause the receipt of new emails for a specific ticket open the ticket in the My Tickets section of your Customer Portal Home Page.
In the top right of the ticket you will see a bell icon. Click the bell icon to pause notifications. This icon will change to bell with a diagonal line through it.
To resume the receipt of new emails for a specific ticket, Click the bell with a diagonal line icon.
