Creating a new ticket
To create a new customer support ticket, click on the Open a Support Ticket button.
Simply add a Subject and describe the issue you are having in the Body and then click the Send button. If you need to add any attachments open the ticket first and then you can add attachments by updating the ticket.
Press the F5 key to refresh your screen and your new ticket will be displayed in the View Open Tickets section of your home page. There will also be a number 1 just beneath your Photo/Avatar/Initials indicating you have one new message to review.
