TYPE - This column description the specific log type for the logging category selected in the drop-down field.
TITLE - This column displays the name of the object the log entry is referencing. For example if the Rating category is selected and are Rate Deck was created, modified or deleted then the the Rate Deck name would be displayed in this column.
ACTION / SECTION - This column display the action that was performed. For example, if the Rating category is selected and a Rate Deck was created then this column would display Create for the ACTION and Rating for the SECTION.
MODIFIER - This column displays the email address of the user that performed the action.
COMMENT - A system provided comment to explain the log entry.
Search… - Enter a simple text pattern to filter the results displayed. The search feature is applied to all returned results not just the sub-set of resulted displayed on screen. For example, if their are 65 log entries returned based on the defined date range but only 10 Rows per page are being displayed. All 65 log entries will be searched not just the 10 entries that are displayed. The Search… feature does not search the COMMENT field.
Export - Use the Export button to export the log entries to a CSV file. The logging category, date range and any search filter will determine which log entries will be exported.

Logging Categories
Carrier Info - This category includes add, changes and deletions to the Relationship Info and Relationship Contacts.
Rating - This category includes add, changes and deletions to the Rate Decks.
Invoicing - This category includes changes to Invoice template settings as well as creating, updating, invalidating and deleting Invoices.

Trunk Groups - This category included add, changes and deletions to Trunk Groups, Trunks, Media Handling, Signaling Manipulations, Route Advance Logic, Block List, Time Of Day, and Triggers.
