The SIP Reason report is organized by

Sum of All Customers

Each Customer

Each Cause Code

Each Vendor (Relationship and Trunk Group) (if applicable)


RELATIONSHIP - The name of the Relationship.

TRUNK GROUP - The name of the Trunk Group.

ATTEMPTS - The number of call attempts with the SIP Reason code.

PERCENTAGE - The number of calls with the SIP Reason code divided by the number of call attempts times 100.
