Define the Date Range for the Capacity Bursting Report. Either select a predefined Date Range (Today, Last Week, etc.) or select the start date and end date for the Date Range.

 

 

 

 

ATTEMPTS - The number of call attempts in the defined date range.

COMPLETIONS - The number of call completions in the defined date range.

ASR - The Answer Seizure Ratio in the defined date range.

NER % - The Network Effective Ratio in the defined date range.

ALOC - The Average Length of Call in the defined date range.

MINUTES - The total number of billed minutes in the defined date range.

REVENUE - The sum of customer billed minutes times customer billed rate in the defined date range.

COST - The sum of vendor billed minutes times vendor billed rate in the defined date range.

PROFIT - The sum of Revenue - Cost in the defined date range.

RATE - The XXX in the defined date range.

MARGIN % - The Margin % in the defined date range.

SDR % - The Short Duration Ratio % in the defined date range.

404 % - The SIP 404 Response % in the defined date range.

487 % - The SIP 487 Response % in the defined date range.

PDD - The Post Dial Delay in the defined date range.

LCR DEPTH - The Least Cost Routing Depth in the defined date range.
