Add Template (Portal)

To add a new Portal Template click the Add Template button. There are two steps (windows) to complete to add a new Portal Template.
Logo - Optionally add a Customer Logo
Template Name - The name of the Invoicing Template
Company Name - The name of the company that will receive the Invoice.
Website - Optionally add the Customer’s Website.
EIN / HST Number - Optionally add the Customer EIN or HST number
An Employer Identification Number (EIN) is a US Tax Identification Number for businesses that is nine digits long and assigned by the IRS.
A Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) number is an account number for Canadian businesses provided by the Canada Revenue Agency. HST is a consumption tax paid by local consumers and businesses. As the name implies, it "harmonizes" (combines) the nation's federal goods and services tax and various provincial sales taxes. Five Canadian provinces use the HST.
Address 1 - The customer’s mailing address (line 1).
Address 2 - The customer’s mailing address (line 2) if needed.
Country - The customer’s country associated with the mailing address.
City - The customer’s city as part of the mailing address.
State / Province - The customer’s state or province as part of the mailing address.
Postal Code - The postal (zip) code as part of the mailing address.
Phone Number - The customer’s primary number for Invoicing and Billing related activities.
Mobile Number - The customer’s point of contacts mobile number for Invoicing and Billing related activities.
Fax Number - The customer’s facsimile number for Invoicing and Billing related activities.
Once all the required information is added click the Next Step button.
From Email Address - The email address of the subscriber.
Email Subject - The subject line of the email.
Email body - The email body should include a basic description as to why the customer is receiving the email.
Once all the required information is added click the Add Template button.
