Portal users can be added to each Relationship. Click on the blue Add User button on the top right of the Portals page in a Relationship to begin.

Fill out the Name, Username and Email fields and then click Add User to create a new Relationship Portal User.

Key Terms

Name Defines the name of the portal user.

Username Defines the username of the portal user.

Email Defines the email of the portal user.

Admin Designates a user as the Relationship’s Portal Admin. Admins can modify Relationship Info and add/delete other portal users from Relationship Portal.

Phone Number Defines the phone number of the portal user.

Add User This button instructs the platform to add the user and send out a new portal user notification email. The Portal Template defines the verbiage sent in this new portal user notification email.
