The Portals page allows platform users to configure access to a portal that outlines select details about the Relationship. Portals enable your customers and/or vendors to have access to the platform and send payments.

Key Terms

Search Use the Search Dialog Box to find a specfic portal user.

Export Use the Export Button to export the portal user information show in the UI on the Portals page for the Relationship. In the Export Data dialog box, type the filename and click the Export Data button.

USERNAME Refers to the username of the portal user.

NAME Refers to the name of the portal user.

EMAIL ADDRESS Refers to the email address of the portal user.

PHONE NUMBER Refers to the phone number of the portal user, if configured.

ADMIN Informs the Subscriber if the portal user is desginated as the portal Admin.

ADDED BY Refers to the Subscriber Contact that added the portal user.

DATE ADDED Refers to the date that the portal user was added.
