Call Extension

Refers to the ability to set a minimum call duration at for the platform to adhere to. Users can manually enter the minimum duration or enable the Intelligent Extension option and set a short duration threshold value as well.

For the Intelligent option, when there is enough baseline traffic data, our machine learning algorithm can calculate the optimal minimum call duration.
